ABOUT THE ARTWORK
A portrait in chalk and white pastel on black paper inspired by the expressive and mysterious beauty and the genius of the great Hollywood actress and women inventor Hedy Lamarr, who contributed to the invention of today's Wifi. Some faces talk and Hedy Lammar's is one of them. While I was drawing her, I was drawn to her face feeling that she wanted me to tell her story. The portrait is in black and white with strong contrasts in a minimalistic realistic style to add a timeless mysterious touch to the artwork. It was selected by Curator Honglee and has been exhibited in the Focus art fair"BOOM" in the Carrousel de Louvre from 1-4 September 2022 and at Parallax Art-fair in Kensington Town hall in London from the 21 to 23 Oktober 2022. It has a beautiful black frame and is ready to hang. It is signed by the artist in the front and will be shipped in a safe box.
