ABOUT THE ARTWORK
What inspired the work? I was inspired to do this work by thinking of not only design but hues and how they relate in abstract visual art. Sometimes hues (colors) are perfect when they are in sequence in the right place. Other times they are dark. Metal tube markers inspire me I love them and the effect they can produce. I used black, red, and blue for this. What do you hope its viewers will feel/think? A warm feeling this has with its presence Why did you choose the medium, subject matter, style? I know Red is the #1 color in visual arts. I also know never to mix green with a yellow it just does not work. This type of abstract style is the one I Love the most. "On It" is on thick poster board paper.
