About The Artwork
I don't know exactly when I drew this, but it was my last drawing. Up and down the Ganga river, there are temples, with people constantly ringing bells... In Gangotri, in Uttarkashi, in Rishikesh, in Haridwar, in Varanasi... It may have been after my trip up to Gangotri that I drew this. I don't remember exactly... so many travels around India, it has become a bit of a blur... Anyway, it was my last drawing. I didn't lift a pen again after that. I was done with art. Rather, I delved into the world of tantra and yoga and meditation, immersing myself in it for years. I don't think it is my last EVER drawing, as this year (2019), I have started scribbling in the margins of my journal, and some of these scribbles have started forming into ideas... and maybe, just maybe, I will put pen to paper once again
