ABOUT THE ARTWORK
The drawing is the representation of a woman who emerges from a stagnant and tiring situation, takes up her life and begins to breathe again. It would be a rebirth after a painful separation, or rather a period of depression. This paintings's serie is inspired by advertising digital graphic, since the artist is also an advertising art director. For this reason the work is conceived as a photoshop collage, but entirely drawn by hand: the colored elements are painted with watercolor on cotton paper on the background, the woman is drawn with graphite in a brighter paper.
