Malwina Zolyniak is a painter and an art restorer, graduated with MA from Jan Matejko Academy of Fine Arts in Krakow, faculty Conservation and Restoration of Works of Art. She comes from family of artists and was involved in art since she was a child. Her paintings and drawings inspired by nature and its observation, captures thoughts and emotions, elusiveness of beauty in all its expressions. Pictures with a unique painting style, appear vivid and powerful. She tend to focus on human's relationship with animals, divisions and collusions between. Within her dreams and imagination she seeks a deeper, symbolic meaning of life. In her works can be seen her fascination by legends, myths and also by vibrant style and symbolism of Japanese woodblock prints. She is also inspired by forms of Shamanism where a channel between the human world and the world of animals is opened. Animals are messengers, healers and protagonists within the narrative structure of her paintings. With spiritual responses to the world, through symbolic images, she unveil the cognitive and emotional aspect of life.
