About The Artwork

This is the second map I drew of Silver Lake. After I was featured in the Los Angeles Times (https://www.latimes.com/local/la-xpm-2012-jun-13-la-me-brightwell-maps-20120614-story.html), a map collector purchased the battered, first version. This one was included in the "California Fool's Gold" episode in which I explored the neighborhood in which I've lived since 1999. https://ericbrightwell.com/2010/06/08/california-fools-gold-exploring-silver-lake-los-angeless-gayborhood/
