Summer evening in Kharkiv Print

I am very inspired by the subject of shadows. When I was a child, my favorite puppet show was the adult play "Shadow" by Eugene Schwartz, the story of how a shadow separates from a person and begins to live its own life and play its own game. In my adult life, spending a lot of time with the children in our house, I often observed the play of shadows that we cast. In an artistic sense, it is very interesting that such a spectacular picture, which moves and lives, is actually empty, contains neither heroes nor objects, and the most illuminated objects reflect the blackest shadows. The theme of shadows continues in my work and reminds me of my lost home where only our shadows remain.
