Aron Gadd is one of the leading animal portrait artists in the United Kingdom, with over 30 years experience in producing attractive and accurate studies of horses, family pets and country homes.
Aron is a self-taught artist whose palette consists of over 100 Artists-Quality colour pencils. With no formal training he developed a unique way of working and perfected his exceptional style. He has worked for rock stars and royalty, and although the bulk of his work has been family pets and horses, he is now moving into wildlife drawings.
Born in London in 1965, He started a career in engineering but soon realised that art was his passion and left to follow a different path.
His sympathetic interpretation of equestrian subjects has prompted commissions of Desert Orchid, and Grand National winners, Red Rum, Aldaniti and West Tip. His horse portraits have been purchased by owners, trainers and racing enthusiasts all over the world.
