ABOUT THE ARTWORK

Trinity Church's third construction was designed by architect Richard Upjohn, and is considered the first and finest example of Gothic Revival architecture. Erected in 1846 it was the tallest building in the United States until 1869. Beautifully detailed and rendered in dark red digital conté on a matching warm background in the tradition of Carracci, Parmigianino, Guardi and others.
