Parker Thornton is a visual artist, born in Texas and currently living nomadically, spending the majority of his time immersed in natural environments in the Southwest and West Coast of the US. He creates highly detailed drawings on paper that often blend hyper realism with minimalism. Through his work, he seeks to find a balance between elements found in nature and ambiguous aspects of design that represent a world where nature is able to flourish in harmony with the man-made structures that exist today.
