ABOUT THE ARTWORK
The US minimum wage is about 4.6 times the minimum wage in Vietnam. These shoes, originally sewn in Vietnam, have been extended 4.6 times in length by sewing. The shoes are mounted with nails attached to a steel base that stretches the threads in between. They will be shipped un-stretched and will need to be mounted after delivery. You will receive the shoes and threads securely coiled in a cardboard box, with their steel mounts separately packaged.
