The Nordic culture and the mix of big city and farm life with my grandparents dairy farm influenced me greatly. While graphics design has followed my career through the decades, only after the pandemic I decided to grab a brush and test painting as a creative outlet. I have always admired the simplicity and minimalism Nordic and Japanese aesthetics. On the otherhand nature concuering urban landscape, urban decay and graffiti tickle me in a completely different way. Combining these aesthetics I'm developing my own style. My art is abstract, minimalist, imperfect, impermanent, and incomplete. Nordic wabi sabi. I hate symmetry, I don't fit in, if it's popular I don't want it, if it's too perfect it's ugly.
