Milla studied and graduated with a degree in Architecture and Art and for the past decade, she studied Traditional Tibetan Medicine. Milla is a Buddhist Vajrayana and Tibetan medicine practitioner who spent many years practicing and doing retreats in Yuthok Nyingtik Tradition. She was writing and painting some of her experiences and aspirations in Sumi-e style as it is the most light containing medium available to her. For the painting, she is using Mulberry paper, Japanese Sumi-e ink, and bamboo natural brushes of many sizes.
