Nationality: Nigerian Email: Born in 1981 in Ibadan, Nigeria, Thomas has received numerous recognitions for his artistic talent since he was very young. In 1995 he finished his secondary schooling on scholarship after winning first place in a national art competition jointly organized by Shell and the Nigerian Conservation Foundation. In 2018 he was invited by National Geographic to represent Nigeria, creating campaign art for their global anti-plastic pollution initiative titled "Planet Or Plastic". Thomas' style is versatile, but he generally focuses on psycho-spiritual themes expressed in a surrealistic/semi-abstract, African style with edgy lines and vibrant colours. He explains: "I like to render my subjects in such a way as to highlight the psychological, spiritual and invisible factors affecting and shaping them."
