ABOUT THE ARTWORK
The work Crack was created during the pandemic. It represents the anguish, loneliness and anxiety of a man in direct contact with nature and embracing his own being, in search of self-healing. Made directly on wood, with an incision in the support to represent a gap in the ground. Through the incision one can see the wall on which it is displayed. It has a rough, hard feel, similar to that of porous rock, as it is made from sand that has already been dried and treated.
