About The Artwork
This is one of a series of 2 works. I was combining realism and abstraction, using actual shells, plaster and acrylic paint. I refer to the theme, Emergence, the process of coming into view or becoming exposed after being concealed. The composition is a bit of a dance. Hopefully the movement in the work will take the viewer to another world. A dream state.
