Hello, my name is Elena, I am glad to welcome you to my store. I am not an artist by training, but in my family there were artists on both sides. Since childhood I loved to draw. And after 40 years, I became very interested in art quilting. I plunged into it headlong immediately and forever. At first I combined it with my main job, then I started doing it professionally. And now this creativity fills my life with joy and energy, which I want to share with my viewers, students and customers. I believe that the task of an artist is to fill our imperfect world with beauty and positive energy. My paintings are in private collections in Israel, Russia and Georgia. Interior art quilting is a unique art form with amazingly huge possibilities. This is a combination of the author’s imagination and skill with the energy of materials (fabrics, yarn, threads, prints, beads and much more). I am convinced that textile artworks fit perfectly into any interior style, both modern and traditional. Nowadays this type of art is especially in trend when choosing interior decor.
