An experimental piece inspired by Hotline Miami. This is perhaps one of my favorite pieces to date, as it is such a simple yet striking concept in my eyes. Sunsets are a beautiful yet very simple thing, and I was hoping to capture it through a neon lens here. [Signed and numbered on the back. Shipp...

Emily Taylor, who sometimes calls herself "Error", or "Errorwave", is a young new media artist who specializes and indulges in psychedelic abstraction, inspired by the synthwave and vaporwave movements. Built as shrines to the iconic malls of the 80s and 90s and the time where the internet was still in its infancy, these colorful trips of neon and pulse are the lifeblood of her many artworks, which seek out the unknown, the wild, and the infinite in that space you can't quite comprehend yet. Emily's artwork is also inspired by her own battles with her trauma and her autism. She see these as important issues to tackle in art, rather than as subjects to shy away from. Seeing autism as a different lens to the world rather than a disability, much of her artwork explores these experiences through the pushing of boundaries and inability to hide herself. She is new to the fine art scene, but she is going to be seen and experienced no matter what it takes.
