ABOUT THE ARTWORK
Tang drew this after being inspired from a whale watching tour in the summer of 2018. Two humpbacks were spotted on her trip. This humpback whale dives back into the water after coming up towards the surface for a breath. Humpback whales have unique tail flukes that helps to identify one from another, similar to how every human fingerprints is different. Drawn on an iPad Pro and Apple Pencil.
