Artist Statement

I work in a style I describe as computer painting. My artistic practice began with abstract Impressionism — a slow, almost meditative process of image creation using a computer mouse. Working on a single piece could take days. My aim was to create digital images that did not feel digital, but instead preserved the sensation of color, gesture, and the breathing presence of the hand.

I was inspired by surreal portraits, still lifes, as well as animalistic and bionic motifs. I developed diptychs, triptychs, and polyptychs in which works enter into dialogue with one another and mutually intensify their presence. Color and shadow pulsed; lines flowed softly or broke abruptly, creating tension. Circles, dots, scratches, rhythmic traces — from these elements, energy emerged. Each work was an act of renewal.

Since 2025, my practice has undergone a radical transformation. I began working with artificial intelligence — not merely as a tool, but as a medium and co-author. AI became a space in which the speed of thought converges with the speed of manifestation. I no longer wait for form — I enter into dialogue with it.

Today, I develop series exploring self-identity, power, and transformation. In my works, hybrid beings appear — interwoven forms of human and animal, as well as egg-shaped figures without facial features. The absence of a face is a refusal of imposed identity. It is an act of resistance. A space of freedom.

I work with the aesthetics of the Baroque — not as reconstruction, but as appropriation. In my practice, the Baroque becomes a language of power, luxury, corporeal theatricality, and queer presence. Historical costumes, complex textiles, and ornamental opulence are translated into the digital realm. The costume functions as armor, mask, and statement.

I am currently working on a large-scale series in the style of Queer Baroque — a space in which history is liberated from heteronormative perspectives, where the body becomes myth, and myth becomes an instrument of self-determination.

My art is a space of transformation.
A dialogue between body and image.
Between past and future.
Between the human and the being that does not yet carry a name.
