Marilyn Monroe became an unforgettable icon of pop culture and a source of inspiration for thousands of artists around the world, including me. The expressiveness of his smile and gaze, as well as his hair and eccentricity captivated me and I tried to bring him to the canvas. Marilyn is part of my collection called "People of my mind" where I seek to represent the most emblematic faces of human history, according to my point of view. The main characteristics that I wanted to capture in this collection are the expressiveness of the strokes, the organic nature of the brushstrokes, in some cases reaching abstraction, without losing sight of the resemblance corresponding to the motif.
