Having read an article in todays Guardian , regarding the outrageous numbers of the disappearance of young black or mixed race males, in Brazil , who after being last seen with Military and or Police force, end up missing or turn up murdered after torture... This piece came to mind. The far right links to the newly elected president and his recent rhetoric have not helped the mindset of Barbary that continues unabated within the forces and the members in positions of so called protection. Racism grows through fear and is itself a misguided in-breading of rhetoric that poisons the mind. Like dry soil cracked that allows nothing to grow for the beautification of our lands, with predators surrounding the little beauty that does manage to blossom. In dedication to 'Carlos Eduardo Nacimiento' , disappeared after being stopped by Military Police when being the only Black kid among white, leaving a bar in Rio with friends.
