ABOUT THE ARTWORK
This seahorse image with a ruby background is from an actual detailed oil painting of seahorses, which was singled out for this kind of art. After, I gave it a colored background digitally and this is why I have listed as a 'New Media' art and I suppose it could pass as a mixed media art as well. Apart from this particular seahorse, I have others that are similar in image and format, but with a different background colour. Many thanks for your interest.

Jason is a painter and illustrator of various styles and different media for different ends. Principally a surrealistic and abstract artist, he has a fondness for satire and caricature, with a hint of humour fantasy and the whimsical.
