Ali Hazavei is a painter from a family of artists, based in Irvine, California. Inspired by his life-long study of arts and medicine, combined with his Persian heritage, he thrives to create artworks that not only evoke emotions and deep reflective thoughts, but transcend times and borders. His works represents his view of the world through shapes, colors, and symbolism. At times, art serves as a visual diary of events, thoughts, and emotions. Ali Hazavei believes that pure art is created because of an inherent urge for perfection in humanity. However, as human seeks perfection, a never-ending pattern of flaws constantly whispers to one’s psyche. There, art is created to rectify flaws, or rather, to satisfy a deep need for perfection. As a result of his study of a wide variety of subject matters, strong intuition and keen observations, Ali Hazavei constantly searches for innovative ways to coalesce his knowledge and feelings into creation of visual arts.
