This work was made in the Velikiy Perviz art residence in Ukrainian Village with the same name. I returned to my homeland after living abroad for five years. I realized how much I love my land. I love everything, even the simplest and most common things. Works from this series are drawn with an effort to convey this delight and love. There were "portraits" of things in this series. Such rural pop art. Here, for example, there is the can of fresh goat's milk

Ukraine
I am a Ukrainian artist. I was born in Donetsk in 1979. At the age of three, I decided to become an artist. I graduated from the Ukrainian National Academy of Arts, the department of temple (monumental) painting. From there, I have the academic school of drawing and painting and a great love for the Ukrainian folk icon. I participated in many group exhibitions, plein air and art residences. I had five personal exhibitions. I make collages, wall paintings, sculptures, illustrations. But the main thing that I do, love and feel the most is painting, oil painting. And in painting, the most important thing for me is color and lightness of color. . Sometimes I use text, words in my works. This is possible because my grandmother was a writer and my parents were journalists. I often make a series of works. I want what I create to be filled with feelings and have a layering of meanings like a good poem.
