ABOUT THE ARTWORK

In 2019, I embarked on a painting journey in Africa, and from dozens of works, the best were selected. In 2020, I received an award from Jackson’s Art, London, for the piece *Kigali 2019*, which is part of that same journey. The works can only be sold as a single unit to preserve the artistic process. I would love for people to purchase the painting as a print and be able to create a strip of 5 consecutive works. For this reason, I am offering them at a lower price to make them accessible. This series is dear to my heart, and I would be happy to find a proper home for the project I created in Africa 2019.

Painter, born in 1969, married with two children, lives and works in Israel. A teacher in the Ministry of Education, he writes and teaches curricula for gifted and autistic students. Artistic Style: The artist creates large, vibrant canvases using dense, layered strokes to evoke light and mood. Titles often hint at the geographical inspiration behind the work. Creative Process: Starting with a place-based idea, the artist detaches from the original location during studio work, transforming it into something new through destruction and renewal. Viewer experience: Viewers can focus on the small details, see an abstract canvas, or step back to experience the overall harmony and tension. The artist's series of face paintings presents spectacular colors that disturb peaceful spaces. Exhibitions and collections: the artist exhibits in both public and private collections. Since 2006 he has been active on this site, and considers it an important basis for his development and a basis for his creative work.
