"A Corsican Conundrum" Print

I use paint brushes, stencils, and industrial tools to create my paintings. And while my creative process employs manual, mechanical, and accidental modes of paint application to address abstract content and form, the completed paintings entail more than the action and responses that produced them. Conceptually, each paint stroke and form applied to the paintings is integral to the piece, regardless of its perceived aesthetics or importance. The mindset behind this method affords me the opportunity to clarify and retain all elements and timeframes in the paintings, thus, showing their significance, origin and importance in an egalitarian manner.
