As an artist there are times when I feel like I have no idea what I am doing and it can be frustrating and heart breaking. But because I have been painting for a long time, I know it is all part of the creative process. I was having these uncertain feelings as I was trying to pull this painting together - hence the title "A Familiar Unknown". This painting is gallery wrapped with the sides painted (no framing is necessary). It is wired on the back so it is ready to hang once you receive it. I use professional grade acrylics and canvas on all of my paintings and my pieces are professionally photographed for high quality images.

I am an internationally collected artist originally from Taunton, Massachusetts. I have a degree in Accounting from Bryant University but have been making art since I was very young. I am mainly inspired by color and shapes found in nature. Although I have moments of creating vibrant and dynamic paintings, I tend to prefer quiet and minimalistic pieces. These feel more intimate and soulful to me. In 2016 I was invited to become an Artist member of the Art in Embassies program administered by the US state department. I had a painting included in an exhibition in Monrovia, Liberia at the residence of Christine Elder, the US Ambassador to Liberia. My work has been used on film, television and commercials.
