Profile I was born in NYC, but currently live between the US and Rome Italy. I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in Fine Arts and Education and studied painting at the Accademia di Belle Arte di Roma. I have been an art teacher at two international schools in Rome until retiring. During my years of teaching I have painted continuously and experimented with various painting techniques. Traveling throughout the United States, Mexico, the Caribbean, Europe and the Orient has inspired me to see and understand diverse forms of art. Every artist has a unique and individual approach to art. I paint landscapes, still life, and figures. Although my forte is watercolor, I enjoy painting in oils and acrylics. While teaching I have exhibited locally and sold my work at auctions. I wrote and illustrated two digital books for children. I sell my work privately and paint on commission.
