I was inspired by the painting "Youth" by V. Sorokina. True friends, like true love, are rare. And as we get older, there are even fewer friends. If you were lucky enough to meet one or both of them when you were young, then you remember with warmth in your heart the sunny spring days you spent to...

I am an artist who values the result above all. I work with oil, acrylic, sauce, markers, watercolor and colored pens, driven by a desire to share beauty while I am alive. No one sees people the way I do. I admire the beauty of women and strive to capture it in a painting or drawing—whether on canvas or on paper. My work centers on portraits and human emotions. A piece feels honest to me only when there is something to talk about with it—when it begins to hold its own conversation with the viewer. The greatest challenge for me is not starting but finishing. I return to a piece over and over until I finally feel a sense of completion. My artistic path began in art school, which I abandoned for computer games. Later, I returned to drawing during my time at the institute and went on to study in a painting workshop in Moscow. For me, art is an act of exploration—a search for music and poetry within form and color. At times, I strive for the feeling of being close to divine creation, when I manage to bring beauty into existence. Yet I remain skeptical about commerce: I still find it hard to believe that my works will ever sell for what I consider a worthy price.
