A jade estuary city Print

The reference of this painting lies in Rihanna's "Needed Me" music video. I love that music video and song itself. On top of that, I'm obsessed with this whole color theme of this painting, Jade(Sea-greenish). So I had to paint it out. City Scape or a Sea- scape painting always rocks on wall. I hope you like this mono- color theme painting, I don't know how to describe it but the cinematography of this music video is on top notch and so I got to paint whole greenish, be it sky or sea. And I hope it is your favorite color too haha! Well, as an artist I found my vision on this visual that I would glad to tell you. This is a modern city that meets an ocean or say an Estuary, In presence of summer heat and pollution(which is obvious now a days), the whole scene gives blurriness to our vision, see those building or sky wearing hazy blanket. But Ocean water, Water is given by nature. Ocean can never loses it's beauty. Water is shining like end-number of pearls on it due to sunlight. That is my favorite part of this painting or say a a whole visual. When it comes to mediums, I'm a kid. I like experimenting with different fine art mediums. I do not care about rules in art, for e. g; we can't use water with acrylic paints for painting, because I focus on the end-result of my painting. And I break that rule. Yes, iv have used a lot of water while painting this. Almost like I am using watercolors. I really enjoyed working on this art work and I would be happy enough to see it hanged on your wall.
