About The Artwork
This work came through the process of imagining people and drawing their portraits. Over 30 portraits were created until one stood out. "Acid Painting" was thus created as the characters portrayed were often deformed and misshaped. Their bodies often seemed to flow like water defying gravity. The colours also stand out in these portraits giving them a more abstract feeling.
