Finding beauty in the small things and displaying it for the world to see. Sometimes it's already there and sometimes we need to decorate it a little. I love painting flowers as well as portraits. There's a beauty in the small imperfections in nature and it's always exciting to show them of. From a very young age I was lucky enough to have extra mural art classes, getting to explore all sorts of mediums. I also painted and had art all through school. After school I studied Performing Arts Technology specializing in props and decor painting after which I started working in the film industry, first in the UK and later back in South Africa. Making props for film also helped me explore sculpting and I ended up being a specialist mould maker. Throughout I've been painting in my free time, painting commissioned portraits as well as my own artwork. I've slowly started getting more and more serious about my art and hope to share my own work more and more.
