This picture is drawn in "Madhubani" style of painting, an ancient Indian art, was traditionally created by the women of various communities in the Mithila region of the Indian subcontinent. Initially I was doing only "Tanjore" style of painting and after seeing a few Madhubani paintings that are characterized by their eye-catching geometrical patterns, I got attracted to this style of painting to my drawing/painting passion. This picture shows liberation of Ahilya’s curse (who was turned to stone due to curse) by the touch of Ram’s foot, as per Hindu mythology. This handmade picture was drawn by the artist (myself) 40 gsm sketch paper using natural colors, and the scanned copy can be printed on high quality photo paper and canvas, of different sizes. This item, in all the dimensions, will be sent unframed to avoid damages in glass and/or higher cost of shipping in other forms of frames. Usage: - perfect for home decoration, office decoration. - paintings for living room, stairs, dining room, hotel, gym, etc. - perfect for gifts/return gifts on occasion like wedding, birthday, and other. - the walls look elegant and eye-catching.
