Nikola Majnarich - Butch Artist Born on 5 July 1975 in Varaždin, Croatia Died on 15 June 2004 in Varaždin, Croatia EDUCATION: 1981-1989: I. L. Ribar -1. Elementary school in Varaždin Elementary Music School Varaždin, trumpet 1989-1993: Gimnazija Varaždin, cultural direction graduation from the art education 1993-1999: Faculty of Textile Technology University of direction: the design of textiles and clothing Graduated with excellent, a graduate thesis was "Making costumes for Boccaccio Decameron WORKS: 1988 year solo exhibition on the theme "Masks" in elementary school 1989 year solo exhibition of original works (Imaginary-figurative-expressionist style) at the Mining School in Varaždin Between 1989-1993. Year made posters and programs for performances of drama theater group Theatron, and participates in making scenery for their play "Doors." During the optional education had several group exhibitions in Zagreb, Rijeka, Pula, Vinkovci, in the college papers. At the same time had a lot of publications - popular art in the Croatian press, the "Varaždin news", and fanzines; Endem, Graah, Variete radikale, Striptease, 4 walls and a speaker, and the Catacombs. 1997 receives award for innovation in Vinkovci in the drawing. Occasionally deals with painting and silk fabrics with its own copyright designs. There are several group exhibitions in Varaždin, both in the bistro "Zvonimir Rogoz" in National Theatre in Varazdin. The first group, with shorts and Dušan Gačić and K.D. Sudec, and another group exhibition is set during the first promotion of comics fanzine Striptiz. He had a big solo exhibition of paintings in the gallery bistro "Trenk" in 2001 and Gallery Sermage in 2012, Varaždin. The Art & Music Festival 1994, Pula, was one of 15 students strip colonies, and student of art-known comics book artist, Kresimir Zimonić.
