ABOUT THE ARTWORK
I knew about death of George Floyd yesterday watching live blog of one of the Bealussian fellow bloggers, who now in New York and took part in the protest march. In my country we have difficult times also when the government does not respect any of citizens before the election day. Especially now, it is very crytical. I was mostly struck on seeing how many people went mad and wild, thoughtlessly crushing everything and show their cruelty. It seemed like world going to crack like before the explosion. ...And I never saw anyone more helpless as a small innocent wild creature lying with bones broken on the ground. Does anybody still able to see these little important things among chaos? Concentrationg on creation and helping, not the anarchy, we will save the world. Chaotic and dynamic strokes and effects on paper look like wing tracers of dying creature in the mug.

"Exploring color as a form of living" Barbara was born in 1982 in Minsk. Now she is a political refugee, artist and photographer living in Italy. She completed a fine art+design degree in 2002-2007 and have painted since she was three years old. Barbara is creating colorful abstracts, contemporary woman portraits and big-eyed whimsical character artworks. Favourite materials are mixed-media such as acrylics and pastels. Whatever the subject matter, her work is characterized by lots of details and vivid colours, different patterns and textures. The main inspiration - vibrating colors of outer and inner human soul and wild nature. Mixing energy of wildlife colors, birds, animals and sunlight are the source to create and interpretate the social life. Usually Barbara works in a freehand impressionistic style with many layers of paint, colorful strokes and dots. It takes a lot of time to create the paintings due to many details involved. She is a real creator always seeking new forms of art and techniques to express her inner self.
