I love to paint at the peak of the Almond blossom season, listen to the bees hum, watch them collect pollen from the flowers, and sometimes they even land on my oil paint, mistaking it to be flowers. Oil on canvas, stretched on a pine frame.

Ludmila (Luda) Berenstein born in Ashgabat Turkmenistan. Since my early childhood drawing was a significant part of my life. This desire led me to study in the academic school of arts which I graduated with a teacher certificate . From that point on, Art has always been an integral part of everything I did. In 1991 my family and I moved to Israel - a major change in my life. My love of painting never faded and these days I am privileged to reflect the beauty of the holy land in my painting. Plain air and mother nature have been my teachers and helped improve my technic to where it is today. As an artist my goal is to memorize a moment in space while following some principles that involve lines, colors, rhyme and realism. My art works are regularly displayed in art shows across Israel , museums of Russia and Ukraine hold two of my pieces as well as some of private collectors in Greece, Monte Negro, Russia and the Ukraine. Through my work I’m aiming to share my positive attitude with the world, hoping to bring others pleasure that grows from a very sincere energy of love .
