ABOUT THE ARTWORK
In my opinion angels are instruments of love, protection and teaching. They are present in our lives, helping us focus on service and guiding us towards a deep spirituality of connection with the Creator. They are the source of inspiration for my work and I feel that they can generate affinity with the viewer, especially because of what each one has to say. This angel says: "Where does the purest and most inexhaustible love live? When does it bloom and perfume with the aroma that only emanates from the sacred source, where the creator placed the origin of life? Space and time are given and escape those who tread on the rose with contempt as a rug of little use. From the beginning, this miracle is donated to be incorruptible and is guarded so that only love itself can enter. But if evil, the violent master of deception, enters, space and time are deformed and then the toxic enjoyment of the illusion that hurts and kills begins.

I am Uriel Suárez Suárez, born in Pamplona Norte de Santander. Since my childhood I have been attracted to art and music, participating in different cultural events in my city. I graduated from the University of Pamplona with a degree in artistic education and I have worked as a teacher in different educational institutions where I have developed artistic teaching with my students as a fundamental part in the construction of the sensitive and critical human being. I have worked in the Santander cooperative for development and the arts, Cooperartes, teaching children and adults. I worked at the Institute of Culture and Tourism of Pamplona as a rural trainer in 3 schools and with people with disabilities. My work has materialized by alternating between teaching and carrying out my personal artistic projects.
