Welcome to my world of happiness. It is my intention to take the viewer to an imaginary land, a place of happiness and laughter. I was raised in a small farming village in Poland, surrounded by forest and nature. I have immigrated to the UK in a search of a better future, which I have definitely found. Great Britain has been my home for the past 25 years. Since I was a child, I had a passion for painting and drawing, but I chose the sensible option and worked in hospitality for over 20 years. After fulfilling my desire to be a mother, I now have 4 beautiful daughters Abigail, Anabel, Amelia and Antonia. My oldest daughter Abigail, who is a fantastic artist herself, encouraged me to begin painting again. After nearly 30 years I have picked my paint brush and I have experienced the most amazing rush of emotions and happiness. I am a self-taught and trained artist and my work is very personal to me, my colours reflect my feelings and moods. My work is influenced by aspects of nature and imagination, I absolutely love working outside in my garden. It connects me with nature and produces the end result of my piece. It’s a celebration of flowers, happiness and nature. I love bright colours and the tones I find around me. I paint animals, landscapes and florals. I currently live in Kent with my husband and our girls, dog Zygi and our two cats Basia and Kasia.
