ABOUT THE ARTWORK
Aqua captures the beauty, peace and expanse of a wide open beach. I enjoy viewing large bodies of water and watching the tide roll in. I like to work with acrylics and gel mediums because of the fast drying time. This painting was chosen by the Executive Director of the Virginia Museum of Contemporary Art to be a part of the Sea of Change Exhibit at The Artist Gallery, Va Beach Art Center in 2020.
