This is an installation of three acrylic pours on canvas, mounted on a wood panel. They depict a path, going up, through the elements. I called it Ariadne's Thread since it is a symbol of our life-path and decision making process and the consequences that follow. This is an intentional pour, in that that the color differentiation, the flow of the pattern, as well as the distribution of the acrylic cells are deliberately created through three canvases. The motion and turbulence as well as the direction of the flow is represented in the middle stream through the painting. The three canvases represent (from bottom to top): Earth, Human, Heaven. The human, not like Chinese Daoist philosophy, is in its life element: Water, The condition for life (as we know it).

Painting and photography were always part of my being. it is time now to present and publish my art. Born in Germany, growing up in Israel, and living in the US exposed me to a variety of cultures and ides that are translated into a visual form.My first painting mentor was Gershon Knispel in Haifa, Israel, then Michael Irmer in Düsseldorf. I am interested in exploring new challenges.
