I am a Colombian Artist, interested in the contemporary creation that admit the recognition of ancestral cultures that could be connected with the roots of my homeland in a visual language. That is why in my work I used native materials from the differents ethnic groups in Colombia and Latin America. I highlight colors to represent the struggle, joy and folcklore of village´s people, as well as make use of greys to show the silence left for the industrial production that is threatening crafts, customs and traditions .
