About The Artwork

"Collective soul" - a series of works created in street art, pop art styles. This series raises the question about development of the problems of relations between subjects in society, opening moments of lies, truth, inequality, absurdity and primitivism. Artwork on canvas, is covered with varnish. I reinterpret images of famous people, animals, thinkers, astronauts, pop art sculptures through a process of cutting up, deconstructing and interpret ing to create familiar and iconic works of art that have been painted to look like everyone and everything has something in common collective soul By sketching and interpreting various images by deliberately combining rather absurd things, cutting and rearranging elements, and adding graphic and abstract elements, I restore the assembled form, intertwining the visual in a constant transition between irony and the real. My goal is to explore how the brain can still make funny and sometimes serious combinations in works of art.
