A trip to Barn in dandelion field It is an impressionism art inspired by one of my visits to countryside in Canada during early spring where I was thrilled to see beautiful barns standing amidst strikingly beautiful yellow dandelion fields. This landscape art is intended to evoke light & happy feelings that you experience when you come out of winter weather and the nature transforms into bright & sunny; all in its floral green glory during spring and the new energy you feel with this transformation. I have executed this art using brushes with green yellow red and blue Acrylic colours on a Stretched Canvas on a Board which is very easy to hang and would look perfect in children's room or in your family room when you want to give your space a vibrant look and feel. NOTE: The colours of the painting may slightly vary from the original due to different camera settings. Shruti is a self taught artist from India, currently based in Canada and working from home based studio. She graduated with a Masters degree in Management, but continued to paint as her hobby since the age of 8. While on a career break, she decided to give her art journey a swirl and engage in it full time. She likes painting different landscapes, mainly impressionism and contemporary art. She enjoys working in acrylics, but also use watercolour and pastels sometimes. She likes to create artwork that strikes a balance of colour and concept that could build a connection with the viewer emotionally as well as aesthetically. She usually make a note of surroundings of the places that she visit on everyday basis and then portray them onto canvas with a touch of imagination. This has helped her define motto for her paintings as “Bring life to imaginations” Recently, she has also developed a liking for illustrations and really loving to learn this new side of art. Shruti believes, due to nature of her self taught painting techniques, she constantly strive to learn and advance her skills which allows her to be experimental and explore different subjects and styles. Hoping her paintings find your happy home to add life to your imaginations. She is always eager to speak with her customers, please do not hesitate to get in touch with her for any of your queries regarding her artworks.
