About The Artwork
While taking an early morning walk on the Isle of Palms beach it was very foggy and cool. I had my camera around my neck and saw this beach walker approaching me and I turned on my camera and without looking or focusing I snapped several shots and this is what I saw when I viewed the images. I painted in grays using cold wax as the medium to make the ocean seem luminous.
