ABOUT THE ARTWORK
I painted this picture from life in the flowering fields on the way to the city of Yerevan. Snow-capped mountain peaks are visible - one of the highest mountains in Armenia - Aragats. I am very inspired and delighted by the combination of snow-capped mountains and flowering fields; Such landscapes can often be found in Armenia, this is its peculiarity. I had very little time to draw this beauty, I was with the children and they didn’t want to wait for me, so I drew it extremely quickly and with concentration. Such conditions are also interesting to the artist; you need to grasp the most important thing and not be distracted by trifles. It was an incredible day and an incredible experience!
