I am an Atlanta native; born, raised, and still live in this great city. I received my BFA in photography from Georgia State University where I also concentrate on drawing and painting as well as art history. I returned to my love of painting 5 years ago after taking a long hiatus to concentrate on family and work. I know my photography education has influenced my art in subject and composition. I love to paint man-made objects like toys and technology. I think they should be celebrated and studied as symbols of who we were, are now, and how we got to this point. I love color and love exploring color throughout our ever day lives. Most of my paintings are done using only the 3 primary colors and white.
