I am primarily an Impressionistic/abstract landscape artist. I mainly work in soft pastels (Unison, Sennelier and Rembrandt). Composition, colour, light, space and texture key elements of my paintings, for which I hope to convey the sense of wonder I feel for nature.
Hiking is also a passion, I sketch my landscapes on location, photographs and sketches then worked in pastel in my studio.
