b. // 1991 I've studied art and art education at UGA, and have decided I want to devote my life to painting. I've had several different outlets in my life where I could have found myself, from playing sports to playing music, but art is the most fulfilling passion to me. I paint to celebrate women and their bodies through the vehicle of fashion. Being interested in clothes and style is still foremost thought of as a "woman's thing," and somehow in the same breath "unworthy of importance."
