Botoxx the Sharpei Print

Sarah Ranner runs a small business called The Postmodern Pet specialising in Animal portraiture. Sarah uses exaggerated colours and contrasting backgrounds to create a modern /pop art look. Most artworks are created on commission from the animal owner, however, some pieces (like this one) are created without a commission - inspired by a particular animal. This is Botoxx (), posed you show-off all those wrinkles! Botoxx lives in the Netherlands and, depending on the light, can look grey, pink or amber. He reminds me a little bit of a walrus - always with a tough expression on his face. But I also want to pay him so bad, he looks velvety soft!
